90-Day Hearing Advantage Member Agreement

Welcome to the 90-Day Hearing Advantage. This program has been created to support your listening, communication, and hearing success through guided education, exercises, and community support.

By participating in this program, you agree to the following:

1. Personal Use Only

Your membership and access to this program are intended for your personal use only.

This means you may not:

• share your login or access with others

• copy or distribute lesson materials

• record or repost videos, audio, or written lessons

• upload program materials into AI tools for repurposing or recreation

• teach, resell, reproduce, or adapt this program as your own

• use any part of this program to create another course, membership, training, or business offering

2. Intellectual Property

All content included in the 90-Day Hearing Advantage is the intellectual property of Leila Hess / Innisfil Hearing Centre, unless otherwise stated.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• videos

• lesson content

• worksheets

• written materials

• exercises

• downloads

• branding

• program structure

• original frameworks, names, and concepts

These materials are protected and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or commercially used without written permission.

3. Community Respect

This program is intended to be a supportive and encouraging space.

By participating, you agree to:

• be respectful to other members

• avoid harassment, bullying, or inappropriate behaviour

• respect the privacy and experiences shared by others inside the community

Any behaviour that disrupts the safety or integrity of the program may result in removal.

4. Educational Purpose

The 90-Day Hearing Advantage is an educational support program designed to help improve listening awareness, communication confidence, and hearing-related habits.

It is not a substitute for individualized medical care, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care.

Participation in this program does not replace professional assessment or follow-up with your hearing care provider, physician, or other healthcare professional where needed.

5. Results and Progress

Every person’s hearing, listening experience, and progress will be different.

While this program is designed to provide practical support and evidence-informed strategies, individual results are not guaranteed.

Progress depends on many factors, including consistency, hearing history, listening environments, hearing technology use (if applicable), and personal participation.

6. Program Access and Participation

Your access to the program is intended for the duration outlined at the time of enrollment.

Leila Hess / Innisfil Hearing Centre reserves the right to:

• update or improve program materials over time

• modify content, resources, or structure as needed

• remove access for misuse, unauthorized sharing, or violation of these terms

7. Refund / Beta Participation (if applicable)

If you are participating in a beta or founding member version of the program, any refund, deposit return, or completion incentive is subject to the requirements communicated at the time of enrollment.

8. Agreement

By participating in the 90-Day Hearing Advantage, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.
