With the Hear It Forward Drive, we turn gently used hearing aids into life-changing gifts for local seniors and adults in need — and donors are eligible to explore upgrading to the latest hearing aid technology for themselves.

More than a hearing test — we take the time to understand you.
We review your hearing history, daily challenges, and lifestyle, then complete a full hearing wellness evaluation to see how hearing loss affects your life and relationships. Together, we explore the best treatment options, choose the right technology for your needs, answer your questions, and create a personalized plan to help you reconnect with what matters most.
Hearing Aid Demo
Got your hearing tested elsewhere but would like to try see what we have to offer? Trial hearing aids for 1 week for FREE and be part of the conversation again! We offer different hearing aids at different price points to pick the hearing aid right for your lifestyle.
Hearing Aid Repairs
Hearing aid not working? You may not need to buy a new one. With our in-house repair service our fully trained front staff can fix most hearing aid problems. Drop in during our regular business hours or book an appointment online.
Hearing Screening
We offer a quick overview to see if further testing is required. This quick and easy test is perfect if others have said you need a hearing test but aren't quite sure if you need a full assessment.
Wax Check/Removal
For years, patients have depended on our expertise and skill to provide this valuable service. We use various extraction methods to provide a safe and comfortable wax removal experience. There is no charge for ongoing wax removals with hearing aid purchases or Concierge Care Plan clients. Wax Check/Removal for new patients is $70 per appointment.
Hearing Aid Fit & Program
We are offer hearing aid fitting and programming for all types of hearing aids. We will assist you with all types of government assistance such as ADP, DVA, ODSP, WSIB, etc. We have a variety of brands and styles to help you choose the best hearing aid for you.
