You're in the Right Place

Hearing Aids Help.
They Don't Fix
Hearing aids restore access to sound. But your brain still has to decide what to listen to — and that's where most people get stuck.
Think of it like a walker for someone with a bad knee. It helps enormously. But it's unlikely to have you running a 5km race.
The 90 Day Hearing Advantage trains the part hearing aids can't — your brain.

"Created because my patients deserved more than a device"
Leila Hess is the founder of Innisfil Hearing Centre and a hearing instrument specialist with her Masters in Clinical Audiology and Hearing Therapy.
With over a decade in clinical practice, she watched patients do everything right — get hearing aids, wear them consistently, come to every appointment — and still struggle in the situations that mattered most.
The 90 Day Hearing Advantage was developed while Leila was writing her masters thesis on the neural and cognitive mechanisms of speech-in-noise perception. That research — published in the Scholarly Journal of Otolaryngology — became the scientific foundation for everything in this program.
This is not a tips sheet or a device manual. It is a clinically informed, peer-reviewed, brain-based training program built by someone who genuinely wanted to give her patients more than a hearing aid and a follow-up appointment.

"I wrote my masters thesis on why people struggle to hear in noise. Then I built a program to do something about it."
