Your hearing aids could be someone's first pair.
Each holiday season, we pass donated hearing aids on to people in our community who can't afford them. If you're thinking about new hearing aids, the pair you have now can help a neighbour follow the conversation at their own holiday table.

Step 1
Check your hearing aids
Most hearing aids under five years old can be cleaned, tested and reprogrammed for someone new. Some are locked to the store that sold them and can't be. Call us and we'll tell you whether yours qualify.
Step 2
Bring them in
Drop them off at our Innisfil (Alcona) clinic, Monday to Thursday, or bring them along to your appointment in Angus or Thornton.
Step 3
Plan what's next for you
We start with a Discovery Appointment: a full hearing assessment and a real conversation about where conversations are getting harder. Then you can try new hearing aids at home for a week, at no charge, before you decide.
Why upgrade now?
If it's been a few years, your hearing may have changed, and so has the technology for picking out speech in background noise. Your new hearing aids are fitted gradually, verified with real-ear measurement (a tiny microphone in your ear canal that checks what the hearing aid is actually delivering), and come with training to help your brain make sense of sound again.
Ways to move to new technology
Buy outright, join the Concierge Club (new premium hearing aids with your ongoing care included, on a monthly plan), or choose pre-owned. We're independent and fit several manufacturers, so we'll tell you which option we'd choose for you and why.
What happens to the hearing aids you donate
We professionally clean, test and reprogram every donated hearing aid, then fit it to its new owner's hearing. Donated hearing aids go to Hear It Forward recipients.
A hearing aid is an important tool, not the whole solution. So recipients get the same care as every patient: we start where it's comfortable and build up as their brain adapts.
