How to Perform the Epley Maneuver (Right Side):

  1. Sit upright on your bed with your legs extended.

  2. Turn your head 45 degrees to the right.

  3. Quickly lie back so your shoulders are on the pillow and your head is tilted back slightly—hold for 30 seconds.

  4. Slowly turn your head 90 degrees to the left (without raising it). Hold for 30 seconds.

  5. Turn your whole body to the left so you're lying on your side—hold for 30 seconds.

  6. Slowly sit back up and rest.
